I'm yet to dig into the logfiles (family is now watching tv on that box using media centre) but after trawling through google searches and forum posts I thought I'd post early in case it is something really obvious I have missed. Since then I've been very frustrated by how difficult it has been to get Kodi to play nicely with it! I've installed Kodi on the same box and selected the MediaPortal PVR client and configured it with correct IP and port details to match the config shown in the MP2 server config.Īll I get from Kodi is the error "Add-on couldn't be loaded. I've successfully installed MP2 server to my windows 7 pc today and was happy with how easily configured it was to identify my TV tuners and scan for channels.
